Solo Blueberry Crispy
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Blueberry glaze||16 Ounce|
1. In a bowl, rub in butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg until crumbly in texture.
2. In another bowl, mix blueberries with blueberry glaze.
3. In a 8-inch square pan, pour the blueberry mix evenly, sprinkle the flour mix over it.
4. In a preheated oven, bake at 250 degrees centigrade for about 35 minutes, until golden from top.
5. Allow to cool.
6. Serve warm.
