Fresh blueberries - 3 cups
Frozen orange juice concentrate - 1 can, thawed
Water - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Cinnamon - 1/4 teaspoon, ground
Cloves - 1/4 teaspoon, ground
Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon, ground
Pecans - 1/2 cup, chopped
Sour cream - 1 tablespoon
1. In a bowl, mix together cake cubes, blueberries, orange juice concentrate, water, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and pecans.
2. Into an 8-inch square pan, pour the mixture.
3. In a preheated oven, bake the mixture at 20 degrees centigrade for about 40 minutes, until slightly brown on top.
4. Serve warm with sour cream.
