Blueberry Sally Lunn
|Sifted all purpose flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), washed (Drained)|
|Light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 375F.
Grease an 8-by-8-by-2- inch pan.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt.
In large bowl of electric mixer, combine butter, granulated sugar, eggs; beat at high speed until fluffy.
At low speed, add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
Fold in blueberries.
Turn into prepared pan; sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake about 35 minutes.
