Blueberries Jubilee

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Dash
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (Fresh Or Frozen)
  Brandy 4 Tablespoon
  Vanilla light ice cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine water and cornstarch in a small skillet; stir until well blended. Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add blueberries, and cook 4 minutes, mashing berries slightly with a potato masher or the back of a spoon. Pour brandy over blueberry mixture, and ignite with a long match. Let flames die down.
2. Spoon ice cream into dessert bowls; top with blueberry mixture. Serve immediately.
