Blueberry Nut Drops
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Blueberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Sift together flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
Stir in blueberries.
In mixing bowl cream margarine and sugar together; beat in egg and vanilla.
Add flour-berry mixture alternately with milk; beat with spoon until blended.
Fold in nuts.
Drop by heaping teaspoonsful onto greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12-14 minutes, until lightly browned and firm.
