|Sugar||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Lemon||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Orange||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thinly sliced|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blueberries||1 Quart, stemmed|
Bring water and sugar to a boil.
Add lemon, orange and raisins; simmer 5 minutes.
Add blueberries and cook rapidly until thick, about 30 minutes.
As mixture thickens, stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Pour hot into hot jars, leaving 1/4-inch head space.
Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath.
