Papaya With Blueberries
|Low fat vanilla yogurt||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dark rum||3 Tablespoon|
|Papaya||1 Small (Enough For 4 Servings)|
|Blueberries||1 Pint (Fresh / Defrosted Frozen)|
Mix yogurt, sugar, and rum together.
Spoon into a bowl.
Refrigerate until serving time.
Peel and seed the papaya before cutting it into 3/4-inch spears.
Brush papaya with butter.
Preheat stovetop grill.
Cook papaya over medium heat, about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Remove to serving dish.
