|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Apple juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shallots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled|
|Mustard seed||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Tones)|
|Ground cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon (Tones)|
|Blueberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a saucepan, heat the juices, shallots, mustard seed, nutmeg, and cloves to the boiling point.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Fold in the blueberries.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
