Blueberry Relish

Ingredients
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Apple juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shallots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled
  Mustard seed 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Tones)
  Ground cloves 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Tones)
  Blueberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a saucepan, heat the juices, shallots, mustard seed, nutmeg, and cloves to the boiling point.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Fold in the blueberries.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
