|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
|Triple sec/Other orange-flavored liqueur||2 Teaspoon|
|Frozen low fat non dairy whipped topping||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a shallow mixing bowl, combine the blueberries, orange rind, Triple Sec, and sugar.
Toss to coat the berries.
Cover loosely and refrigerate for an hour or more.
