Elegant Blueberry Dessert
|No fat milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange liqueur||2 Teaspoon|
|Vanilla extract||2 Teaspoon|
|Concentrated aspartame k||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||1 Pinch|
|Blueberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen Without Sugar And Defrosted)|
Stir together the milk, cornstarch, liqueur if desired, and acesulfame-K in a medium saucepan.
Use a wire whisk to be sure the cornstarch is dissolved.
Bring to a boil and reduce the heat to a simmer, stirring constantly.
Turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and aspartame.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg white until it holds its peaks, add the cream of tartar, and continue beating until the white is stiff.
Fold it into the milk-cornstarch mixture.
Then stir in the blueberries.
Pour the mixture into four fancy glasses, such as wine glasses.
