This Blueberry Coulis is very classy ! Try this delicious fruity sauce as a condiment or for flavoring suitable dishes. Your suggestions for this Blueberry Coulis are welcome.
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Blueberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)

–  Blend cornstarch with a little water and set aside.
–  In a saucepan, boil the water, sugar and blueberries for about 5 minutes.
–  Add the cornstarch and boil for 1 minute.
–  Run through the blender, then a sieve, to get a smoother coulis.
–  Serve over dessert.

Blueberry Coulis: An uncomplicated and easy recipe. I adjusted the cornstarch to about a quarter of the amount required. Delicious with the following recipe: 1 cup fruit juice: bring to the boil. Add 1 packet lemon jelly, stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup flavoured yoghurt, mix well and leave to set.
