Blueberry Grunt

Ingredients
  Blueberries 1 Quart
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon (Magic Brand)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon (Fleischmann's Brand)
  Shortening 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

In a covered saucepan, boil blueberries, sugar and water until juicy, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, sift flour, Magic Baking Powder, salt and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Cut in Fleischmann's Margarine and shortening.
Work very well with a pastry blender.
Add enough milk to make a soft biscuit dough.
Drop by spoonfuls onto hot blueberries in saucepan.
Cover and do not open lid for 15 minutes.
