Blueberry Betty

Ingredients
  Fresh blueberries/Two 9 ounce containers frozen blueberries with no sugar added 1 Quart, washed and drained
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Firmly Packed)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
Directions

Place berries in a deep, 1 1/2 quart, heat resistant, non metallic casserole.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and granulated sugar, to taste.
Heat, covered, on full power 3 minutes.
Stir in cornstarch until smooth.
Sift flour, salt and cinnamon together into a small bowl.
With a pastry blender or 2 knives cut in butter and brown sugar until mixture is crumbly.
Sprinkle mixture over berries.
Heat, uncovered, on full power 6 to 8 minutes or until topping is no longer doughy.
