Blackberry Pineapple Mold

Ingredients
  Blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Orange flavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned pineapple juice and water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Drained pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine blackberries and sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add fruit juice and water and turn into a 2-quart loaf pan.
Add pineapple chunks, distributing the fruit as evenly as possible.
Then add blackberries.
(Pineapple will sink and the blackberries will float, forming two fruit layers with a clear layer between.) Chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
