Blackberry Pineapple Mold
|Blackberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Orange flavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned pineapple juice and water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Drained pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine blackberries and sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add fruit juice and water and turn into a 2-quart loaf pan.
Add pineapple chunks, distributing the fruit as evenly as possible.
Then add blackberries.
(Pineapple will sink and the blackberries will float, forming two fruit layers with a clear layer between.) Chill until firm.
Unmold and serve with mayonnaise.
