Ingredients
  Blackberries 16 Cup (256 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rind of lemon 2
  Juice of lemon 2
  Sugar 14 Cup (224 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a pan add water and lemon rind put the cleaned blackberries in it.
2 Simmer until the fruit is tender.
3 Stir in the sugar and boil rapidly until the mixture reaches its setting point.

SERVING
4 Serve as required.
