Easy Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
  Blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, using the electric mixer, cream together the sugar and the butter
2) Add in the flour and the baking powder, salt and the milk
3) Pour in the batter into a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan
4) Tip in the blackberries and sprinkle in the sugar
5) Pour the boiling water
6) Bake at 350F for 50 minutes till golden brown

SERVING
7) Serve warm with some cream
