Deluxe Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Almond extract 2 Drop
  Sweetened blackberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, sift the sugar, salt, baking powder and then add in the milk
2) Mix well to get a smooth batter
3) In a baking dish, spread the batter
4) Pour the butter over the batter to spread evenly
5) In a bowl, add the blackberries and then the almond extract over
6) Spoon the blackberries over the batter
7) Bake in the oven for 50 minutes at 350F till the batter rises to the top of the dish

SERVING
8) Serve warm
