Blackberries With Coconut Cream
|Softened cream cheese||8 Ounce|
|Dairy sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Confectioners sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Blackberries||2 Quart, chilled (Picked Over)|
Whip the cream cheese and sour cream together until flurry.
Sweeten to taste with sugar, blend in the coconut, and pour over the chilled blackberries without mixing.
