Easy Blackberry Cobbler
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Blackberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Cream 1 cup sugar with butter; add flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Mix well; pour into 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
Pour blackberries over batter; sprinkle remaining sugar over blackberries.
Pour boiling water over top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
