Blackberry Mallow

Ingredients
  Blackberries 1 Pound (3 Cups / 450 Gram)
  Marshmallows 4 Ounce (2/3 Cup / 100 Gram)
  Sugar 4 Ounce (Good 1/2 Cup /100 Gram)
Directions

Place the blackberries and sugar in a bowl, cover and cook for 2—3 minutes. Stir and mash lightly.
Top with the marshmallows and cook for a further 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until they have melted. Mix thoroughly into the blackberries.
Let it cool a little, then pour into 4 sundae glasses. Cool for several hours or overnight.
