|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Carton / 250 Gram)|
|Natural yogurt||4 Tablespoon|
|Rose water||1 Tablespoon|
|Liquid honey||2 Teaspoon|
|Blackberries||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Chopped almonds||3 Tablespoon|
|Soft light brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
1. Place the cream cheese, yogurt, rosewater and honey in a bowl and mix together until smooth.
2. Divide the blackberries between 4 ramekins and cover with the cheese mixture, smoothing the tops.
3. Mix the almonds with the sugar and sprinkle over the top of each ramekin to cover completely.
4. Place under a broiler for 2-3 minutes, until the sugar caramelizes. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
