Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hard cooked egg 1 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat butter; brown bread crumbs.
Add hard-cooked egg and heat through.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Spoon over hot drained cooked asparagus
