|Blackberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
In saucepan, simmer blackberries and water 15 minutes or until berries are almost soft.
Mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and salt until well blended.
Gradually stir into berry mixture.
Stir until boiling, simmer 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice.
