|Flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Cream of tartar||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated sharp cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening and add cheese.
Add milk gradually.
Roll lightly 3/4 thick on floured board.
Cut with cookie cutter to desired size.
Bake on well greased cookie sheet at 425° for 10 minutes.
