Cheesy Drop Biscuits
|Whole wheat flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (375 Milliliter)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 Milliliter)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 Milliliter)|
|Baking powder||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (50 Milliliter)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)|
In mixing bowl, combine flours, cheeses, baking powder and salt.
With pastry blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
Quickly stir in milk. (Mixture should be stiff and firm.)
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake in 425Â°F (220Â°C) oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
