|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Shredded cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, dry|
Sift together the first 4 ingredients; cut in shortening.
Combine egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Knead 10 to 12 ti m e s on floured surface.
Roll out to 12-inch square.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Roll up as for jelly roll.
Cut into 8 slices.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
