My Favorite! Chili Biscuits!. Who doesn’t like these yummy chili flavored biscuits! This super delicious Chili Biscuits recipe shouldn’t be missed at any cost. Try it and you will believe me when I say its addictive!!!
Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shredded cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, dry
Directions

Sift together the first 4 ingredients; cut in shortening.
Combine egg and milk; stir into dry ingredients.
Knead 10 to 12 ti m e s on floured surface.
Roll out to 12-inch square.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Roll up as for jelly roll.
Cut into 8 slices.
Place on top of casserole.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
