  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Sift dry ingredients into bowl; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add milk; stir lightly until mixture is dampened.
Turn out on floured board; knead gently a few times.
Roll out to l/2-inch thickness.
Cut with 2-inch floured cutter.
