Salted Biscuits

Delicious salted biscuits. At least you don't have to worry too much about your calories when biting into a couple of these Salted Biscuits. Try this wonderful Salted Biscuit recipe for yourself! I am sure you will love it!
Ingredients
  Butter/Ghee - 40 grams 50 Gram
  Thymol 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 5 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven moderately.

MAKING
2 In a bowl, sift the flour and salt.
3 In another bowl, cream the ghee.
4 Gradually fold in the sifted flour and thymol seeds.
5 Mix well.
6 Add in the milk and knead it until smooth.
7 Roll it out 1/2 cm thickness.
8 Cut with a small biscuit cutter.
9 Prick the biscuits all over with a fork.
10 Arrange on a cookie sheet or a baking tray.
11 Bake in a moderate oven until light brown.
12 Allow to cool.

SERVING
13 Serve as a tea time snack and store the remaining in an airtight tin
