Basic Raised Biscuit

Ingredients
  Dried yeast 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Or Half Cake)
  Stock 1 1⁄8 Cup (18 tbs), lukewarm
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour/Any combination of whole grains 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Soften cake or dried yeast in 1/8 cup stock with honey, oil and salt.
Let rise for 10 minutes.
Add rest of stock and all other ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Oil dough.
Place in bowl and cover.
Let rise for 1 hour in warm place.
Knead dough on floured board until spongy.
Cut into biscuits.
Arrange on oiled cookie sheets.
Let rise for 10 minutes more.
Bake at 350° F. for 25 minutes.
