|Almonds||50 Gram, chopped|
Sieve together the flour and baking powder.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Add the essence and mix well.
Add the egg, beat well.
Add the almonds, flour and milk and bind into a soft dough.
Cover and refrigerate for 1.5 hour.
Roll the dough, into a 1 cm thick sheet.
Cut into desired shape, using a biscuit cutter.
Pre heat the oven on 'convection' 180Â° C, with the lightly greased metal tray, placed on the high rack.
Place the biscuits 2 cm apart, on the metal tray and bake at 180Â° C for 18:00 minutes.
