Unraised Whole Wheat Oatmeal Biscuits

Ingredients
  Whole wheat flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Oatmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Milk   (as required)
Directions

Mix flours in bowl, make a well and put in rest of ingredients, with enough milk to mix.
Blend all thoroughly.
Roll thin on lightly floured board.
Cut into biscuits and arrange on oiled cookie sheets.
Brush with milk and prick surface with tines of fork.
Bake at 375° F. until light brown, about 20 minutes.
