Unraised Whole Wheat Oatmeal Biscuits
|Whole wheat flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Oatmeal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Nutritional yeast||2 Tablespoon|
Mix flours in bowl, make a well and put in rest of ingredients, with enough milk to mix.
Blend all thoroughly.
Roll thin on lightly floured board.
Cut into biscuits and arrange on oiled cookie sheets.
Brush with milk and prick surface with tines of fork.
Bake at 375Â° F. until light brown, about 20 minutes.
