|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery seeds||1 Teaspoon, ground|
|Shortening||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine flour, celery seeds, salt, and paprika; cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a well-floured surface, and knead 3 or 4 times.
Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness; cut with a 2 1/2 Winch biscuit cutter.
