Have you ever been to the grocery store and seen those bags of frozen biscuits? You can learn how to make them yourself. This copycat recipe will have you saving money when you make your own homemade freezer biscuits.
All purpose flour | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |

MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and butter. Using pastry blender, blend until the mixture becomes crumbly.
2. Pour milk (as needed) and mix just until combined.
3. On floured surface, place the dough, push and spread into a 1 ½-inch sheet.
4. Cut dough into 2 ½-inch biscuits and place on cookie sheet. Pop in freezer for a couple of hours. Transfer into zip-lock bag and place it back into the freezer until ready to serve.
SERVING
5. Bake biscuits in a 475 degree F oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
TIPS
In plastic bag, place the butter and flatten it with rolling pin or can before adding it to the flour.
