Flaky Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients; stir well.
Combine milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring quickly with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead lightly 4 or 5 times.
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness, and cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on an ungreased baking sheet; bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes.
