Red Lobster Style Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Yummy delicious biscuits.. Sure to be a crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
  Bisquick biscuit mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold butter 4 Tablespoon
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For the topping
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat the oven to 400*F.

 

MAKING

2. In a bowl, combine cold butter with bisquick using a pastry cutter. Add cheese, milk and ¼ tsp garlic. Mix well.

3. Drop about 1/4 cup portions onto a baking sheet, you can also use an ice cream scoop for the same. Bake for around 15 minutes or until biscuits are brown on top.

4.  Meanwhile, in a bowl combine melted butter, garlic powder, parsley and salt. Set aside.

5. Brush the finished biscuits with your butter, garlic powder and parsley mixture.

SERVING

6.  Serve as a side dish.
