Chocolate Biscuits

Ingredients
  White fat 4 Ounce
  Whole meal flour 4 Ounce (115 gram)
  Oats 4 Ounce (115 gram)
  Raw cane sugar 4 Ounce (115 gram)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cocoa 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and combine together all the dry ingredients.
2) Rub fat into the dry ingredients and bind with water.
3) Roll out the mixture and cut into circles.
4) Bake the biscuits for 12 minutes at 400°F/200°C (Gas Mark 6).

SERVING
5) Allow the biscuits to cool completely. Topple with melted chocolate, if desired.
