Cornmeal Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Egg yolk 1
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a bowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, parmesan, baking powder, salt, paprika and cayenne
2) Using a pastry blender, blend the butter to get a coarse mixture
3) Add in the red pepper
4) Mix together the sour cream, milk and egg yolk and knead into the flour to get a soft dough
5) Onto a floured board, knead into a ball
6) Roll out the dough of 5mm thickness
7) Cut the dough onto 8 circle and arrange onto a flat dish
8)Microwave the pastry for about 8 minutes till puffed
9) Place them onto a wire rack to cool

SERVING
10) Serve for tea time
