Peanut Butter Biscuits

Snacks are a must for me to nibble on during my leisure and I have found this Peanut Butter Biscuits as a great way to indulge myself. You too would want to try this wonderful and extremely delicious Peanut Butter Biscuits; use this simple recipe then!
Ingredients
  Sifted flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Smooth peanut butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in shortening and peanut butter until mixture is like coarse cornmeal.
Add the milk and stir until a soft dough is formed.
Roll or pat on floured board to 1/2 inch thickness.
Cut with 1-inch round biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet Bake in hot (450° F.) oven 10-12 minutes.
Makes about 40 biscuits.
Split and serve with thin sliced baked ham.
