Sour Dough Biscuits

Ingredients
  Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Yeast package 1 (Dissolved In 1/2 Cup Warm Water)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine buttermilk, yeast water & shortening.
Sift & mix flour and other dry ingredients together, then blend slowly into liquid mixture, mix well.
Store in covered bowl in refrigerator; will keep 2-3 weeks.
Pinch off & bake as needed.
Before baking, make into biscuits & let set to rise.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until brown.
