Ingredients
  Sieved cottage cheese 250 Milliliter
  Half and half cream 30 Milliliter
  Beaten egg 1
  Butter 30 Milliliter
  Basil 1 Pinch
  Bread flour 500 Milliliter
  Salt 3 Milliliter
  Baking powder 20 Milliliter
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 400 degree.

MAKING
2) Cream cheese, butter, egg and cream together.
3) Stir in basil, flour, salt, and baking powder together.
4) Mix the creamed mixture with the flour and knead to make a soft dough.
5) On a floured surface, roll the dough into a 1/2 inch square.
6) With a flour dusted biscuit cutter, cut the dough and bake for 15-18 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve hot.
