1 Cup (16 tbs) (Without Core / Seeds Of The Apple)
Natural peanut butter
1 , lightly beaten
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Separately mix all the wet ingredients in a small bowl.
Slowly add in the wet mixture into the dry as you’re mixing them together. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into mini muffin pan molds, or any other small mold pan you have. (Something shallow like madeleine molds would work well.)
Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
