Almond And Butter Biscuits
|Butter||80 Gram, softened (Reserve 5 Ml/1 Tsp To Grease Baking Tray)|
|Caster sugar||75 Gram (3 Oz)|
|Plain flour||50 Gram, sifted (2 Oz)|
|Flaked almonds||75 Gram (3 Oz)|
1) Preheat the oven to 400 Deg F ( 200 Deg C/ Gas 6) , grease a baking tray and keep aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fliffy; stir in the flour and almonds with a wooden spoon, blend well.
3) On the greased baking tray, spoon in the mixture , spaced well apart, flatten with a fork.
4) Bake in the preheated oven until golden.
5) Serve on a nice dish.
