Almond And Butter Biscuits

Ingredients
  Butter 80 Gram, softened (Reserve 5 Ml/1 Tsp To Grease Baking Tray)
  Caster sugar 75 Gram (3 Oz)
  Plain flour 50 Gram, sifted (2 Oz)
  Flaked almonds 75 Gram (3 Oz)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400 Deg F ( 200 Deg C/ Gas 6) , grease a baking tray and keep aside.

MAKING
2) In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fliffy; stir in the flour and almonds with a wooden spoon, blend well.
3) On the greased baking tray, spoon in the mixture , spaced well apart, flatten with a fork.
4) Bake in the preheated oven until golden.

SERVING
5) Serve on a nice dish.
