Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), grated
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt
2) Using a butter knife, cut the shortening and mix in the flour till it becomes a coarse mixture
3) Add milk to the shortening and blend well
4) Turn out the dough onto a floured surface and roll out
5) Using a biscuit cutter cut the dough and then place them on a greased cookies sheet
6) Bake for 15 minutes at 425F

SERVING
7) Serve warm with glass of milk or a pot of tea
