|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lamb fat||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) Sift together flour, baking powder, poultry seasoning and salt.
2) Cut in fat and rub until mixture looks like coarse crumbs.
3) Mix in milk to soft dough.
4) Use as required.
