Graham Biscuits

Ingredients
  Graham flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Lard 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soda 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, sift the flour, salt, sugar, soda and the baking powder
2) Using a butter knife, cut in the lard and add in the milk
3) Mix the mixture to bring together
4) On a floured surface turn out the mixture and mix well
5) Using a rolling pin, roll to 1/3rd thickness and using a biscuit cutter cut the desired shapes
6) Place the biscuits on a ungreased cookie sheet
7) Bake for 15 minutes at 335F till lightly browned

SERVING
8) Serve warm
