1) Preheat oven to temperature of 350 degrees.
2) Cream together the honey, sugar and butter. Carefully work in all the remaining ingredients.
3) On a floured board, roll out the dough to thickness of 1/2-inch and then cut into 40 small rounds.
4) Place on a well-greased tray and bake in preheated oven for about 10 minutes. When the biscuits have cooled, sandwich them together in pairs. Spread some honey between the biscuits.
