Rub butter into sifted flour and salt until well blended.
Add a very little water at a time to make a dough which is almost dry.
Put dough in refrigerator for half-an-hour.
Then roll it out to almost transparent thin- ness.
Cut into desired shapes and bake on an ungreased slide at 500° F for 3 - 4 minutes.
