Gourmet, Gourmand or always a mom's baby - you are guaranteed to enjoy this eggless date biscuits. This recipe for date biscuits has never failed me. Let me know how it turned out for you?
Ingredients
  Dates 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla essence 3 Drop
  Cornflakes 1⁄2 Pound (8 ounce)
Directions

Crush the Cornflakes by rolling them.
Melt butter and sugar in saucepan - do not boil.
Take off stove, add vinegar.
Put back on stove and add chopped dates.
Bring to boil and stir for 5 - 7 minuts.
Mix in crushed Cornflakes, put in greased pan and mark into squares (small squares).
Leave to set and when required, cut into small pieces and roll in coconut.
