Hot Cheesy Biscuits

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 4 Ounce
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, red pepper and salt.
2)Add the sortening and cheese into the flour mixture and mix well until mixture attains a coarse crumbly textrue.
3)Now, add 1 cup of buttermilk and moisten the dry ingredients.
4)Using a teaspoon, spoon dough onto greased baking sheets at a distance of 2 inches from each other.
5)Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 450 degrees F.

SERVING
6)Serve with chilled tea or milk.
