Amazingly delicious coffee biscuits guaranteed to make your day. Egglessly baked specially for Vegetarians but everyone can enjoy.
Ingredients
  Butter 1 Pound
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soda 2 Teaspoon (dissolved in 2 tblspn)
  Boiling milk 2 Tablespoon (for dissolving soda)
  Strong coffee 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (very strong)
  Flour 14 Tablespoon (sifted with pinch salt)
  Salt 1 Pinch
Directions

Cream the butter and sugar.
Add flour alter- nateIy with coffee and syrup mixed together, Lastly add the soda.
Press dough onto an ungreased baking tin through cookie press with saw-toothed plate.
Cut the strips into 1/2" lengths.
Bake at 400° F for about 10 minutes.
When cold, sandwich together with coffee-flavoured butter icing.
